             BISHOP OTIS RANKIN, Spiritual Development

Co-founder/Senior Pastor of First United Gospel Assembly, Gulfport, Mississippi. I not only serve as Pastor of a local church but am also called to serve other Pastors and church leaders. Under my apostolic leadership, several pastors have been restored and sent out to re-establish their churches. As I traveled the U.S. and abroad, I have been blessed to impact the lives of both leaders and lay persons . Each year, since 1997, my wife and I host "Leading With A Cause" Leadership Conference. Leaders locally and across the country meet in January of each year for engagement, encouragement, development and fellowship. In addition, I have authored two books, "Beyond the Anointing" and "No One Dies Here". My vision is to leave a legacy of godly wisdom for the next generation of leaders, that will take them Beyond the Anointing and within the veil with the confidence to know that No One Dies Here. I can be seen on Local Television Cable One channel 19 on Mondays at 6:00pm.

                            LADY DEBRA RANKIN, STAFF LIASON

Co-founder/Elect Lady of First United Gospel Assembly, Gulfport, Mississippi. I have been ministering alongside my husband since the 1980’s and has been credited as being a groundbreaker for other women seeking their place in ministry. I founded the Sisters of Wisdom Ministry that operates out of our local church as an arm of training for the churched as well as the un-churched women of our city and beyond. My vision is to continue to be a mentor to future Pastors' wives and women of God in ministry. Equally, one of our greatest accolades is that my husband and I are proud parents of three, Ungela, Greg, Sr., and Shelly, grandparents to 14 and great grandparents (still adding).
